Product Features: The impeller arrangement is designed with full consideration of balance, automatically offsetting the majority of the pump's axial force. This eliminates the need for balancing mechanisms such as balance discs or drums, significantly increasing operational reliability. The first-stage impeller can be designed as a double-suction impeller based on on-site NPSH requirements. The pump casing features an axially split, center-line design, with both the suction and discharge flanges cast into the lower half of the casing. This allows for easy maintenance without the need to disconnect the inlet and outlet pipelines; simply lift the pump cover to remove the rotor assembly. Maintenance is therefore more convenient and straightforward.

Working Principle: A mechanical seal is a shaft sealing device that relies on one or more pairs of end faces sliding relative to each other perpendicular to the shaft. These faces remain in close contact under fluid pressure and the elastic force (or magnetic force) of a compensation mechanism, and are supplemented by auxiliary seals to prevent leakage. A typical mechanical seal consists of a stationary ring, a rotating ring, an elastic element, a spring seat, a set screw, auxiliary seals for both the rotating and stationary rings, and other components. An anti-rotation pin is mounted on the gland to prevent rotation of the stationary ring. The rotating and stationary rings are also often referred to as the compensating ring or non-compensating ring, depending on whether they have axial compensation capability.
