FEP
Core Features
FEP is a heat stress crack-resistant resin with high molecular weight and low melt index, providing excellent resistance to thermal stress cracking. As a general-purpose extrusion-grade resin, it offers outstanding flexural properties. It also features excellent melt flow and electrical insulation, as well as superior resistance to high and low temperatures and weathering, while being flame retardant and environmentally friendly.
Applications
FEP products are mainly used in wire insulation, thin-walled tubing, heat-shrink tubing, pump/valve/pipe linings, wires and cables, tubes, films, automotive cables (fields with special requirements for bending performance), as well as high-temperature and corrosion-resistant cables, special equipment, and new energy cables in the chemical, metallurgical, and high-end industrial power industries.
